Payment & Deposit

  • A 50% deposit is due at booking, with the balance due 14 days before arrival.
  • We accept major credit cards through OwnerRez secure checkout.
  • Refundable security holds may be applied for select stays.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to confirm your reservation and provide service. Guest data is stored securely, never sold, and shared only with required booking partners (OwnerRez, payment processors) to complete your stay.

Terms

By booking you agree to follow house rules, respect neighbors, and keep the property in good condition. Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Violations of quiet hours, smoking, or party rules can result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
