Bookings & payments
- Reservations are confirmed after payment and acceptance of house rules.
- Balances are due 14 days before arrival unless otherwise stated.
- Rates include applicable taxes and fees unless noted.
Guest responsibilities
- Only registered guests may access the property.
- Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear.
- Quiet hours and no-smoking policies are strictly enforced.
Liability
Bright Future Stays is not liable for lost items, personal injury, or travel disruptions outside of our control. Travel insurance is recommended.
